Deposit requirements
Rooms can be booked online at our online reservation service or via telephone or email. A deposit of 10% is required for online reservations and one nights stay for all room reservations made via telephone and email. Visa or Mastercard credit card numbers are required at the time of booking to secure the room.
Villa rentals require a 50% deposit of the total reservation at the time of booking with a Visa or Mastercard credit card number. Villa reservations will be charged the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival to ensure the reservation. A $500 USD security deposit will also be required on the credit card on check in and refunded 7 days after departure if there are no incidents.

Villa cancellations forfeit their 50% deposit or can rebook for another time period if the same rate applies for the new booking. If a new rate applies, the new amount will need to be collected to ensure a 50% deposit for the villa. If the second payment has been received 30 days prior to arrival and a cancellation is required, it is up to the discretion of the management to refund or not refund.
Modification Policy
You may modify your reservation (including changing dates, room types, and/or number of rooms) at no cost provided that the modifications are made before the start of the late cancellation period and that rooms are available for the new requested dates.
